We have there delivery solution for clients digitizing files under 100,000 sheets.

  • Online accesses to your entire file digitize by 24hr Data Storage with search fields
  • FTP Files to your required services
  • Deliver digitize files on a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or Hard Drive

For Clients Digitizing files over 100,000 sheets, 24hr Data Storage will implement the most cost effective solution in order to meet your needs. Please send us a quote request with your current situation and a client service rep with contact with a solution.

The 3.7¢ Per Page Document Scanning Service Includes:

  • Page sizes accepted are 8 ½ x 11 or 8 ½ x 14
  • Digital image files are produced in black/white, (.JPEG), (.TIFF) or (.PDF) format
  • Digital Image file that must be produced in color additional fees will apply
  • Digital files are produced in either single page or multi-page file format
  • Scanning each page including duplex page printing
  • Each page scanned and returned to the original document order as provided
  • Files are labeled with a single description of up to 30 characters
  • Image files are returned on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, FTP or ON OUR SERVER
  • Over Minimum volume is 3,000 pages; lower volumes subject to $100 minimum charge
